Gypsum Block is a kind of light walling material, produced by Building Gypsum powder

as main material, adding suitable light materials & additives, mixing with water and then

being molded and dried. It is a environment-protection and energy-saving green product

generalized by our country. According to its structural form, it is divided into hollow

gypsum block and solid gypsum block.
   It is widely used in building as interior partition wall, because of its advantages of

light weight, exact dimension, fire-proof function, shock-proof function, heat preservation

and heat insulation, adjusting indoors dryness and humidity, good capability of manufacture

and convenient construction, etc..
   At present, we have engineering expertise and experience for the design and installation

of gypsum block production line, with capacity of 100 thousand~1 million m2 per annum.
   All gypsum block production lines we design adopt full automatic batching system,

hydraulic-pressure jacking up mold system, automatic controlled space clamp system and

transverse wind kiln system. These production lines can produce gypsum blocks in multiple

specifications (including 666×500×80 solid, 666×500×100 solid or hollow, 666×500×120

solid or hollow and 666×500×150 solid or hollow).
